Performance Poetry

Secondary Schools throughout Tower Hamlets are being approached to take part in the production of the Connect 5 Performance Poetry video.  Michael Judge is leading the project which will lead to the making of a video showing Tower Hamlets students performing their own poetry in locations throughout the Borough.  Michael hopes that the video will be seen as a useful teaching resource as well as a celebration of the talent that we have in our schools. The video will be launched in June at a special showcase event which will also feature live performances, watch this space!

Connect 5
Competition
Connect Five schools are currently holding Key  Stage Two, Three and Four Poetry Competitions.  The winners of these competitions will then represent their school at the Connect 5 Finals which will take place in the Spring Term.
